Validation and force lawsuit:
It is a lawsuit in which the court's authority extends to discussing the contract and its extent,its execution of the seller's obligations which transfere the property to the buyer in real estate registration office and get a registration ruling when the seller avoid going to the real estate registration office with the buyer,validation and force lawsuit is much stronger and more severe than the Signature validation lawsuit.It's primary aim is to validate the seller's signature only without interfer with the validity of the contract.
Registration in the Real Estate Registration Office:
While registering the seller in the real estate registration office,the seller and the buyer must go to the real estate office for the seller to sign in front of the real estate registration office employee.If the seller's contract wasn't registered or the seller refrain going to the real estate registration office with the buyer it's needed to litigate a validation and force lawsuit.Once registering in the real estate registration office ownership is transferred from the seller to the buyer.
