Difference between Signature validation lawsuit,Validation and force lawsuit and Registration in the real estate registration office

Many of us feels confusion when buying a property wether house,an apartment or a plot of land for not knowing everything about sales contracts,in this article we expalin a simplified explanation for the difference between Signature validation lawsuit,Validation and force lawsuit and The Registration in the real estate registration office.

Signature Validation Lawsuit:
The aim of Signature validation lawsuit is to proof the seller signing on the contract but it doesn't transfer ownership from the seller to the buyer it only rule the validation of the signature owner so the seller can't deny the signature but it doesn't guarantee the buyer's right.This lawsuit is held against the seller upon the buyer's request to proof the validation of signature.

Validation and force lawsuit:
It is a lawsuit in which the court's authority extends to discussing the contract and its extent,its execution of the seller's obligations which transfere the property to the buyer in real estate registration office and get a registration ruling when the seller avoid going to the real estate registration office with the buyer,validation and force lawsuit is much stronger and more severe than the Signature validation lawsuit.It's primary aim is to validate the seller's signature only without interfer with the validity of the contract.

Registration in the Real Estate Registration Office:
While registering the seller in the real estate registration office,the seller and the buyer must go to the real estate office for the seller to sign in front of the real estate registration office employee.If the seller's contract wasn't registered or the seller refrain going to the real estate registration office with the buyer it's needed to litigate a validation and force lawsuit.Once registering in the real estate registration office ownership is transferred from the seller to the buyer.
