It belongs to the Urban Communities Authority and it’s one of the biggest new cities in it,Its area is about 70580 thousand acre.it considers as the 3rd generation city.It was built up since 2000 and it consists of 5 residential areas,the most important one is the 5th settlement,1st settlement and 3rd settlement,also the East extension and the South extension.The city is located in a distinguished location where in its East the ring road,in its North the Suez road,in its South El Sokhna road.The city was planned to have all activities (Residential-Service-Tourist - Industrial - Commercial).
